Barbi Jo Stim has been designing and producing unique, handmade women's fashion accessories since 1983. With a degree in interior design, she pays close attention to form and function. Her richly textured designs have graceful movement which reflect her love of dance and nature.

The Barbini jewlery line incorporates a mixture of fine and patinaed metals, which are joined with sculptural wire forms.

Always experimenting, Barbi Jo wanted to design a product that would serve the needs of women her age. As she found herself taking her glasses on and off and not wanting to carry a lot of weight on her shoulder, she designed her innovative necklace pouches. Her idea was to create a piece of jewlery, which would be decorative while serving a practical purpose.
